Li'l Ricky Blues is a band of Entertainers and Recording Artists.  With BuddaHaid (Scott Irwin) on Drums and the The Lovely Miss Minxie (Suzanne Lattuca) on Bass, Li'l Ricky brings it on Guitar and Vocals. The band has been playing clubs, private parties, weddings, and networking functions for the past two years, building their fan base with a mixture of Blues, Pop Tunes, and their Original Songs

Li'l Ricky Blues released their first album, "First Time the Charm" in November 2008 as a limited release for their fans, It is a mix of original blues and rock tunes that our local fans enjoyed. The song Biskits & Gravy quickly became a fan fave - a Texas blues styled romp that extols the virtues of eating light for breakfast, the most important meal of the day. So the band decided to focus on producing a blues album to reach out to a broader audience.

Li'l Ricky spent the past year writing some original blues tunes for their next album, "Biskits & Gravy", produced by Li'l Ricky  with Bill Bentley Productions  Released in July 2010, the album features the popular title track, Biskits & Gravy, followed by Second Time Around, a jazzy, low-key tune celebrating love found anew. Then we have Nobody Loves Me, which captures the feel of a smokey club at 2AM, followed by Freddie's Blues, or "Thumper", an instrumental reminiscent of the styings of Freddie King. Then there is Walkin' Down The Road, a rock & roll song in the style of Chuck Berry, which segues into Minxie's Mambo, a jazzy instrumental meant to be played with the top down. 

Most of the tunes are live takes, and the band is happy to give you a product that captures the sound and feel of our live shows. You can listen to "Biskits & Gravy" right here 
Li'l Ricky and Minxie also perform as the Li'l Ricky Blues Duo.  Their repertoire includes instrumental versions of classical pieces, pop tunes, and of course, the blues.
The LRB Duo is ideal for more subdued background entertainment, and has been popular with smaller cocktail parties,  grand opening celebrations of new businesses, engagement parties, and even parades.
